That center-mounted exhaust is an option, so don't think your Hamann Rover needs to be as over-the-top as this example.

Inside, trim can be had in optional carbon fiber or black anodized aluminum, while no doubt if your pockets run deep enough they could fill the seats with caviar instead of foam if so desired.
Cost of entry for something like the Conqueror II? Probably more than you've got (but if you've got it, avoid those matte-black spiderweb 23-inchers).
