So, just out of curiosity, how does someone actually end up in a situation like this? I mean, if it happened on a more open road, I could scratch my head for a few minutes and find a couple of lame, yet somewhat rational, excuses for the accident, but on a side street in the city? Would love to see the police report on this one...
